El Paso -- There will be a Husky Fiesta at 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 28, in the Camino Real Hotel Ballroom. The fiesta includes a live mariachi band, no-host beverages, optional Mexican buffet dinner, limited-edition Husky Sun Bowl souvenir give-a-ways, appearances by the Husky Marching Band and Cheer Squad and UW President Richard McCormick, and Husky merchandise available for purchase from The DawgHouse. Cost: $8 - UWAA members with membership card, $10 - non members.

There will also be a Washington Warm Up starting at 9:30 a.m, Friday, Dec. 29, in parking lot A-4 (west of the Sun Bowl) prior to the4 UW-Iowa game in the Sun Bowl.
