Bob Hope was the star attraction at the UW's 1969 Homecoming festivities. The legendary comedian performed two shows at Hec Edmundson Pavilion (before folk music concerts by the Brothers Four), and was joined by a bunch of lovely ladies for the Huskies' homecoming football game against USC. Hope had everyone laughing and smiling, but the Huskies didn't smile for long, losing 16-7 to the Trojans. File photo
